摘要: Abstract A series Eu3+ doped NaCaPO4 (NCPO) red emitting phosphor were successfully synthesized by facile combustion method using urea as incendiary agent. The constituents and photo-luminescent (PL) properties of the phosphors studied employing X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) patterns, excitation emission spectra. XRD pattern revealed that synthetic sample belong to single phase NCPO. Monitoring for different peaks, spectra NCPO:Eu3+ are similar strongest peak is at 393 nm. Under 393 nm, main NCPO: 619 nm. influences concentration dosage on intensity investigated. results suggest alkali-alkaline earth metal phosphate can be prepared this a good candidate near UV-based white LED.
