摘要: Although there have been several wars and conflicts since World War I, the escalating numbers of veterans that time is now evident. Extraordinary survival results evolved from effective triage, trauma treatment, recovery maneuvers during Operation Iraqi Freedom New Dawn (OIF) in Iraq Enduring (OEF) Afghanistan. Yet even with those results, number physical mentally wounded individuals exceeded 32,000 OIF 16,000 OEF. How will we help these service men women meet special challenges they may face after discharge military? This article presents a rationale for content integration, health concerns, realistic educational suggestions faculty as prepare professional nurses to care their families. Future need be prepared this patient population community systems.
