摘要: Background: Prior to bioanalysis, sample transport and storage are critical considerations in any pharmacokinetic or toxicokinetic study design. Care must be taken ensure the shipment is properly packaged tracked make certain it arrives at desired, final destination appropriate timeframe, that integrity of not compromised. When dealing with biological specimens, environmental conditions may have a deleterious effect on stability sample. Results: Currently, frozen plasma blood samples matrix choice within pharmaceutical industry for analysis both preclinical clinical trials.
