摘要: Abstract In this study, microwave magnetic and absorption properties were investigated for BaCoxTixFe12−2xO19 (x=0.3, 0.4 0.5). M-type barium ferrite can be used as high frequency absorber by Co–Ti substitution because of the strong uniaxial anisotropy saturated magnetization. The X-ray diffraction hysteresis loops samples show that c-axis decreases with substitution, resulting in decrease coercivity. dependence complex permeability, permittivity has been studied Ka band (26.5–40 GHz), respectively. results natural resonance substitution. permeability increases sintering temperature range from 1280 °C to 1310 °C 10 °C a step. imaginary part value obtained here is highest among reported millimeter wave absorbers band. bandwidth at −10 dB effectively broadened compared other ferrites. Therefore, may good candidate electromagnetic materials low reflectivity
