摘要: Anaesthetists provide comprehensive perioperative medical care to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures, including postoperative intensive when needed. They are involved in the management of acute pain as well chronic pain. This manuscript considers some recent advances modern anaesthesia their contribution surgery, from basic mechanisms action, delivery systems for general regional anaesthesia, use new drugs methods monitoring. It assesses resulting progress services looks at patient safety risk management. speculates on directions that may shape its future contributions surgery.
