摘要: Separating proteins and peptides remains one of the most challenging tasks in analytical chemistry. In past, conventional gel electrophoresis high performance liquid chromatography were favored techniques for peptide protein separation. Now capillary is being recognized as a powerful alternative or complimentait to these because many advantages it offers, such speed, resolution, automation, compatibility with physiological conditions, real-time detection. CE becoming increasingly prominent bioanalytical research ideally suited handling small amounts sample material. preparing this chapter, our objective highlight role buffer CZE separation proteins, help reader obtain an understanding underlying principles practical consideration, provide useful groundwork further study.
