摘要: Various amounts of vanadium pentoxide (V/sub 2/O/sub 5/) were introduced to the NiCuZn ferrite reduce sintering temperature. The V/sup +5/ cations entered crystal lattice and improved initial permeability quality factor, 0.5 mol% V/sub 5/ was required form liquid phase for enhancing densification this composition at 875/spl deg/C. However, grain boundary deteriorated magnetic properties material.
