摘要: The purpose of this paper is the conceptualisation notion enterprises’ structural power. It allows to draw attention process diversification enterprises and building complex multidimensional ownership structures as possible sources increase in companies’ power possibility its use abuse order limit competition perform better on market. concept a part scientific discussion possibilities using market power, fits into current research one fundamental problems economic theory: how protect internationally and, therefore, determine when natural desirable behaviour aimed at increasing their international competitiveness begins distort adversely affect development. analysis shows that potential influence other participants may arise not only from firm’s position relevant factors related specificity, but also various types linkages between firms.
