摘要: Anti-lipase activity of Kampo formulations, Coptidis Rhizoma (CR), and its alkaloids against Propionibacterium acnes were examined in vitro. The amounts propionic butyric acids the medium measured as growth lipase P. acnes, respectively. In tributyrin-PYG with each concentration formulation, CR, or added, production acid was suppressed remarkably more than that acid. suppression these by CR higher alkaloids. Furthermore, no lipase-negative colonies found on to which formulations added. From observations, we concluded not only but also their alkaloids, showed reduced anti-lipase activity. it suggested crude drugs should be synergistic when ingredients are combined.
