摘要: The refractive indices of the benzene‐carbon tetrachloride system have been measured at seven different wavelengths in visible region. These show only slight departure from linearity mole fraction. molar refractions, calculated according to Lorentz‐Lorenz equation, are not additive Moreover, no simple relation between refractions and frequency light source is obtained.
