摘要: Abstract The new electrolytic dissolution in batch of aluminum alloys samples as grains or turns and the determination Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg, Cr, Ni, Zn, Pb Ti by ICP OES was investigated. In on-line electrodissolution procedures described literature, were restricted to be form solid blocks plates with one polished flat face. Here, sample loaded barrel a modified disposable syringe (the anodic semi-cell) pressed plunger fitted platinum disk establish electrical contact analyte. This arrangement introduced beaker containing electrolyte (1 mol L−1 HNO3) wire cathode. resulting solution from (0.6 A) used for determinations. influence concentration increase on elements evaluated. Electrodissolution certified reference materials commercial revealed relative errors lower than 10% Zn (when their content is above 0.1%). Higher inaccuracies (>10%) observed Mn Fe B.C.S. 268/1 material certified. proposed method presented standard deviations (R.S.D.) circa all (except Pb). comparison traditional acid dissolution, relatively fast (about 30 min), it clean (there no projection solution) simple (heating fumes exhaust system not necessaries).
