摘要: We present an Ha spectral observation of a Balmer-dominated shock on the eastern side Tycho's supernova remnant using Subaru Telescope. Utilizing High Dispersion Spectrograph (HDS), we measure spatial variation line profile between preshock and postshock gas. Our clearly shows broadening centroid shift narrow-component relative to emission from The supports existence thin precursor where gas is heated accelerated ahead shock. Furthermore, Balmer filament gradual gradient in intensity width propose that this region (~10^16 cm) likely be spatially resolved precursor. increases ~30 up ~45 km/s, its central velocity redshift ~5 km/s across front. characteristics are consistent with cosmic-ray precursor, although possibility fast neutral not ruled out.
