摘要: Abstract Our contribution to the domain of bioorganometallic chemistry is mainly focused on two different topics, namely use metal carbonyl complexes for infrared quantification minute amount tracers and development new organometallic drugs. In this review associated with awarding 2012 Elsevier prize outstanding chemistry, I will focus these aspects that we helped develop emphasis our most recent works. Regarding first topic have recently synthesized antibodies multilabelled tracers. They open way a full solid phase Carbonyl Metallo Immuno Assay (CMIA) based their by infrared. We also demonstrated feasibility cellular imaging Re(CO) 3 complex in single cell, AFM-IR spectromicroscopy, cutting edge technique using set-up coupling atomic force microscopy tunable pulsed laser. Precise localization rhenium cell nucleus obtained detection characteristic ν (CO) bands complex. Concerning second topic, prepared large series molecules possessing ferrocenyl-diphenyl-butadiene skeleton, corresponding [3] ferrocenophane leading selection three hits (Fc-OH-Tam, Fc-diOH DP1). These show significant antiproliferative effect cancer cells. However they seem act via mechanisms. In vivo experiments performed rat implanted tumors (9L cells from glioma) shown its formulation lipid nanocapsules led almost total disappearance tumors.
