摘要: It is shown that in narrow-band crystals with sufficiently strong electron-lattice interaction a new energy band occurs. The tunneling motion of localized electron pairs (bipolarons), which responsible for this band, caused by virtual transitions bipolarons to the polaron state. electronic excitation spectrum bipolaronic crystal examined. low bipolaron-density limit superfluidlike, so might be superconducting. In case high density and their repulsion, charge-density wave predicted.
