摘要: We report here a systematic study of Pr and Ce doping (at the Ca site) in ${\mathrm{Bi}}_{2}$${\mathrm{CaSr}}_{2}$${\mathrm{Cu}}_{2}$${\mathrm{O}}_{\mathit{y}}$. For both substitutions ${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{c}}$ decreases with dopant concentration. Results are interpreted terms hole filling due to aliovalent substitution system. At higher level metal-insulator transition, is observed. Near transition localization length (${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\alpha}}}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}1}$) calculated possibility having local pairs insulating phase invoked. Around region dimensional changeover from two three dimensions observed variable-range hopping (VRH) regime its consequence on superconductivity discussed. The lattice parameters have been estimated through x-ray diffractometry existing more than 3+ oxidation state system inferred. also compared data other rare-earth dopings same
