摘要: This article tackles the question of what is 'good life' for women in employment Australia through an examination national legislation and policies. Since 1950 has been seen as good life changed dramatically. The outlines three phases change: 1950s 1960s men were regarded wage earners homemakers, with barred from some jobs paid less than men; 1970s equal pay cases removed overt discrimination against women; mid 1980s complexity achieving equality at work was recognised opportunity legislation, family policies inquiries.
