摘要: Since the first microbial cell sensor was studied by Karube et al. in 1977, many types of sensors have been developed as analytical tools. The utilizes microbes a sensing element and transducer. characteristics devices are complete contrast to those enzyme or immunosensors, which highly specific for substrates interest, although specificity has improved genetic modification microbe used element. Microbial advantages tolerance measuring conditions, long lifetime, good cost performance, disadvantage response time. In this review, applications summarized.
