摘要: Past descriptions of the surgical treatment congenital laryngeal webs have involved a laryngofissure to achieve division web and insertion tantalum keel prevent its reformation. The technique described below obviates need for an open operation on larynx. is divided under magnified vision through laryngoscope using Zeiss operating microscope. A silastic secured between vocal cords at anterior commissure by means loop nylon passing externally crico-thyroid crico-hyoid membranes.
