摘要: The use of laser range sensor allows a very significant improvement in acquisition speed but does not equal the accuracy obtained with coordinate measuring machine. In order to obtain quality control close that metrology we suggest improving depth measurements by positioning sensor's head according strategy for optimum 3D data acquisition. We propose such automatically produce sensing plan completely and accurately acquiring geometry surface or whole piece whenever possible. system requires exact position orientation part its CAD model IGES format. There is no limitation regarding shape be digitized. An auto-synchronized developed at NRCC was used, this sensor, measured points function distance incident angle relative surface. Our guarantees viewpoints found meet best conditions scanning process.
