摘要: Extracts of two medicinal plants, Curcuma aromatica and Swertia chirata, showed a marked nematicidal nematode-hatching inhibitory activity against root-knot nematode, Meloidogvne incognita. The differed between extracts plants. Maximum toxic was recorded in the hexane extract S. chirata while butanol C. exhibited maximum inhibition to hatching M. incognita eggs after 120 hours exposure period at 1000-ppm concentration.
