摘要: The expression of fibronectin, integrin and β-actin genes in skin fibroblasts from patients with the genetic disorder ataxia-telangiectasia (A-T) was studied. These three were selected because their protein products contribute to shape function fibroblast. Expression mRNA by these compared that normal individuals disorder, hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). A-T found produce less fibronectin than HHT fibroblasts. senesce around passage level 15 while can be propagated for many more passages vitro. However, gene similar fibroblasts, expressed at a higher level. increased levels two disorders, HHT, but differed markedly having high expression. results indicate regulation differs genes, decline may linked shortened vitro life-span cells.
