摘要: There is provided means for detecting the presence and predominance of a polyhydroxyalkanoate synthesizing microorganism in rapid, convenient, specific, sensitive way. method PHA having intended synthetase gene by using nucleic acid fragment comprising at least partial sequence thereof, based on base shown SEQ ID NO: 1 to 9 or complementary as probe primer gene.
