摘要: A double series configuration of a microresonator is proposed to measure the amount corrosion on iron metal. numerical computation has been performed for analyzing sensing operation in which metal attached waveguide as top cladding material. The transparency peak profile and transfer function output transmission spectrum obtained using signal flow graph method Mason’s rule. shows that linear free spectral range (FSR) changes begins oxidize, affects index system. FSR with respect present In addition, able distinguish two different types corrosion, are hematite magnetite. sensitivities practical application design 22.62 nm/RIU magnetite 7.17 nm/RIU detection. analysis an alternative approach all-optical wavelength shift. It promising applications additional high-sensitivity sensors.
