摘要: A digitally trunked radio repeater system provides substantial improvements in timeliness of channel acquisition and drop, reliability critical control signalling. The uses a much higher digital signalling rate than is typically found prior art systems, to convey request assignment messages between the central site mobile transceivers. transceivers transmit requests on (if no response received, retries during retry time window which increases duration dependence number retries). transceiver switches working an message received channel. Subaudible signals transmitted active channels allow late entry, shifting priority calls, other advanced functions. Message transmission trunking capabilities are both present so as maximize usage without compromising access for high communications. During trunking, called calling return after each (and may be inhibited from transmitting) but grant calls being communicated with ensure continuity over entire conversation. Additional functions fault tolerant features further increase versatility system.
