摘要: Methodologies and system functionality are provided to determine mobile device capabilities and/or configuration setting user abilities inclinations as a precursor or part of the management, delivery assessment efficacy promotional material. The determination settings may be performed, for example, when provisioning new service after such has been utilized by user.
