摘要: Abstract A methodology of dynamic operational risk assessment (DORA) is proposed for analysis in oil/gas and chemical industries. The introduced comprehensively starting from the conceptual framework design to mathematical modeling decision making based on cost–benefit analysis. probabilistic part DORA integrates stochastic process dynamics evaluate risk. system-state trajectory modeled according abnormal behavior or failure each component. For possible trajectories, a evaluation carried out check whether variables, e.g., level, flow rate, temperature, pressure, concentration, remain their desirable regions. Component testing/inspection intervals repair times are critical parameters define configuration, play an important role evaluating probability failure. This not only provides industries, but also guides further optimization. To illustrate study, we present case-study level control separator at offshore plant.
