摘要: Abstract α-[5-(2-Furyl)-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio] acethydrazide, δ-Allyl-α-[5-(2-furyl)-1,2,4-triazol-3-ythio-acet] thiosemicarbazide, α-[5-(2-furyl)-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio] acethydroxamic add and other related compounds have been prepared α-15-(2-furyl)-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthiol acethydrazide has significant activity against Myco. tuberculosis .
