摘要: This exploratory study of the Texas Community Awareness and Relocation Services (CARS) Project examines organizational networks collaboration for community-based living. A high degree in these is needed to help nursing facility residents negotiate complex process moving settings. Social network analysis reveals considerable variations local among lead nonprofit providers before after implementation CARS five test sites. These probably affected their collaborative capacity each site and, ultimately, project's outcomes.
