摘要: In crisis situations like riots, earthquakes, storms, etc. information plays a central role in the process of organizing interventions and decision making. Due to their increasing use during crises, social media (SM) represents valuable source that could help obtain full picture people needs concerns. this chapter, we highlight importance SM networks management (CM) show how is propagated through. The chapter also summarizes current state research related propagation crises. particular three classes categories are identified: network analysis community detection, topic-oriented propagation, infrastructure-oriented propagation. describes an framework deals with structural for purposes.
