摘要: Integrins can modulate the infiltration of inflammatory cells and secretion various mediators, essential players in pathogenesis colitis. This study explores role beta2 beta3 integrin signaling their possible experimental A total 160 adult male Sprague-Dawly rats were divided into 4 equal groups: methylcellulose, bacteria, iodoacetamide plus bacteria. Clinical symptoms signs colitis checked daily colonic tissues biopsied on days 3, 14, 28, 56 post induction. Histological studies along with histochemical analysis polymerase chain reaction beta2, alphavbeta3 performed according to standard procedures.
