摘要: Several methods have been reported for reconstruction of the extensor central slip. We describe successful use a distally based slip flexor digitorum superficialis tendon an incompetent mechanism. The was transferred from volar to dorsal through base middle phalanx and then woven over proximal phalanx. technique is straightforward appears be robust.
