摘要: X-ray microprobe analysis was performed to investigate the changes of elemental concentrations around or on membrane head, midpiece, and principal piece regions individual fowl spermatozoa during maturation in male reproductive tract after storage vitro at 4 degrees C. The pattern change postejaculation was, general, similar three different subcellular regions; i.e., sodium, potassium, chlorine, calcium decreased gradually sperm passage through storage. Phosphorus concentration remained almost constant In contrast, magnesium, zinc, copper showed an interesting pattern: increased significantly a maximum ejaculation again ratios sodium potassium midpiece region patterns those concentrations.
