摘要: Objectives. The Stenting of Saphenous Grafts- Xience V (SOS-Xience V) trial prospectively examined the frequency angiographic in-stent restenosis in saphenous vein graft (SVG) le- sions 12 months after implantation a everolimus-eluting stent (EES; Abbott Vascular). Optical coherence tomography (OCT) during follow-up angiography was added to protocol OCT approved for clinical use United States. Methods. Forty patients with 40 SVG lesions were enrolled study, whom 27 underwent 12-month coronary and (only 1 had restenosis) also evaluation. strut-level analysis performed determine percent- age strut coverage, malapposition, protrusion, neointimal thickness, existence thrombus. results. Mean patient 67 ± 7 years, 95% men. A total 2584 struts evaluated by OCT. percentages uncovered, malapposed, protruding 4%, 9%, 15%, respectively. mean thickness 0.094 mm. Of stents analyzed, 4 (33%) showed full 2 (17%) all embedded, (58%) at least malapposed strut, 10 (83%) strut. difference between area lumen 0.36 1.6 mm². No thrombus detected stented areas. Conclusions. Use EES SVGs is associated high rates coverage malap- position post implantation. J INVASIVE CARDIOL 2012;24(8):390-394
