摘要: The invention discloses an online satisfaction evaluation method based on internet tourist commenting data, which comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining text data in internet, andcleaning data; s2, determining a dimension segmentation keyword and public praise dimension, constructing model of attractionor destination; s3, segmenting cleaned comment according to keywords, dividing dimensions, correspondingly generating high-frequency word listfor each dimension; performing emotion polarity classification segmented list, corpus; S4, carrying out attraction or destination corpus different ranking all destinations. According invention, from perspective tourists, insight knows real feeling tourist, basis is provided for making more effective tourism management marketing decisions.
