摘要: An accumulation of lymphoid cells with a typical localization B lymphocytes preferentially in follicle and T lymphocytes, more peripherally around high endothelial venules the wall bronchi, is called bronchus-associated tissue (BALT). A further structural component cap-like partly bulging into lumen bronchus, dome area. The epithelium covering lacks goblet cells, infiltrated by contains specialized for antigen uptake—M cells. BALT not present all species age groups can be classified as tertiary organ. hypothesis proposed two-step vaccination protocol: first, induced activated, second, an antigen—the vaccine—is applied locally. part integrated mucosal-associated system.
