摘要: Objective: In this study, the zeolite-coated iron oxide nanoparticles were evaluated as MRI contrast agent and effect of nanocomposite synthesis method on was tested. Materials Methods: Ion exchange used for oxide-zeolite prepared characterized by XRD, FESEM TEM. The toxicity in cell culture, then their investigated. Results: results showed a properly crystallized with size 120-180 nm. Iron capsulated pores zeolite. A very small amount placed composite outer surface that led to enough free space zeolite surface. not toxic line its r2 relaxivity calculated 127.14 mM-1s-1. Conclusion: synthesized ion is introduced an T2 great potential drug loading purposes.
