摘要: The interaction of the surfactants cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) with biopolymers gelatin (Gn), lysozyme (Lz) deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) was studied by isothermal titration microcalorimetry at varied biopolymer concentration, pH temperature. nature assessed from observed enthalpy-[surfactant] profiles. biopolymer-induced aggregation observed. enthalpies amphiphiles, binding aggregates macromolecules, organisational change bound aggregates, threshold concentrations for micelle formation in presence were estimated. results collected on three analysed compared.
