摘要: Purpose. To define specific features of central hemodynamic parameter changes in patients with isolated severe traumatic brain injury (STBI) and clinically established death to determine the required course treatment for their correction. Data Research Methods. A close study parameters was undertaken. The involved 13 STBI (group STBI) 15 STBI-BD). hemodynamics were researched applying transpulmonary thermodilution. Results. In present study, various types reaction (normodynamic, hyperdynamic, hypodynamic) identified an acute period disease. Hyperdynamic type blood circulation not observed death. Detected disorders led correction ongoing therapy under control parameters. Conclusions. Monitoring allows detect cause disorders, timely carry out correction, coordinate infusion, inotropic, vasopressor therapy.
