摘要: Abstract Anaerobic digestion is a technology widely used for treatment of organic waste biogas production. In this study, medical cotton industry wastes were examined as source The effects inoculum addition, pretreatment substrate, and temperature on the production taken into consideration. Results revealed that effect addition was more significant than alkaline raw materials. recovery from inoculated materials exceeded its non-inoculated by almost 46%. Whereby, increase pretreated 20% higher untreated wastes. thermophilic conditions improved yield approximately 92%. kinetic bio-digestion process well described modified Gompertz model experimental predicted values fitted with correlation coefficient >0.96 suggesting favorable process.
