Effect of Nano Fe-oxide and Endophytic Fungus (P. indica) on Petroleum Hydrocarbons Degradation in an Arsenic Contaminated Soil under Barley Cultivation.

摘要: Heavy metals and petroleum hydrocarbon pollution are important environmental problems. This research was conducted to evaluate the effect of nano Fe-oxide endophytic fungus (P. indica) on hydrocarbons degradation in an arsenic contaminated soil using barley plant. Treatments consisted presence (E+) absence (E−) P.indica fungi, with As rates 0 (AS0), 12 (AS12) 24 (As24) mg /kg soil, application (Fe0) 1% (Fe1) (W/W) Fe-oxide. The plant used this study After 7 weeks, root shoot concentration measured atomic absorption spectroscopy. total (TPHS) GC-mass. Application treated 24 mg As/kg decreased by 30 20.6%, respectively. caused a significant reduction concentration. With increasing Fe decreased. highest TPHS observed non As-polluted that containing P.indica, while lowest polluted (24 mg soil) without applying P.indica.
