摘要: The present study investigated the biochemical toxicity and potential detoxification mechanisms in earthworms Eisenia fetida exposed to sulfamethazine (SMZ) (7.5, 15 30 mg kg-1) either alone or combination with Copper (Cu) (100 soil. results showed that increasing concentrations of SMZ soil activated superoxide dismutase, catalase glutathione peroxidase isozymes, suggesting reactive oxygen species (ROS) burst earthworms. Treatment Cu separately caused protein oxidation damage, elevating synthesis ubiquitin, 20S proteasome, cytochrome P450 (CYP450), heat shock 70 (HSP70). Such treatments also induced activities proteases, endoproteinase (EP) S-transferases (GSTs). suggested ubiquitin-20S EP HSP70 were involved degradation remediation oxidatively damaged proteins. Elevated levels CYP450 GSTs participated
