Imaging of spinal intradural arachnoid cysts: MRI, myelography and CT

摘要: Imaging studies in eight patients with surgically-confirmed spinal arachnoid cysts were analyzed retrospectively. All had preoperative MRI of the spine and seven myelography postmyelographic CT. In all cases correct diagnosis could be made preoperatively on basis solely MRI. The also established from CT six cases. one case simply demonstrated an intradural extramedullary mass.
