摘要: We report the case of a 41-year-old man with known right inguinal hernia presenting groin pain following fall while dog walking. Operative findings showed small bowel perforation affecting loop in hernial sac. Bowel perforations caused by blunt abdominal injury patients an is rare and not well recognised problem, are confined to handful reports surgical literature.
