摘要: Abstract The singular aim of the proposed work is development a synergistic thermosensitive gel for vaginal application in subjects prone to recurrent candidiasis and other microbial infections. dual loading Itraconazole tea tree oil single formulation seems promising as it would elaborate coverage. Despite being low solubility oil, homogeneous, transparent stable solution both was created by co-solvency using chloroform. Complete removal chloroform authenticated GC–MS used nanoemulsion which further translated into bearing properties. In vitro analyses (MTT assay, viscosity measurement, mucoadhesion, ex vivo permeation, etc.) studies (bioadhesion, irritation potential fungal clearance kinetics rat model) final were carried out establish its clinical evaluation.
