摘要: Toxic metal pollution is a major environmental problem that has received wide attention. Platanus acerifolia (London plane tree) an important greening tree species can adapt to pollution. The genetic basis and molecular mechanisms associated with the ability of P. respond lead (Pb) stress have not been reported so far. In this study, 16,246 unigenes differentially expressed were obtained from under Pb using next-generation sequencing. Essential pathways such as photosynthesis, gibberellins glutathione metabolism enriched among unigenes. Furthermore, many unigenes, including antioxidant enzymes, plants chelate compounds, transporters involved in defense detoxification mechanisms, response stress. encoding oxygen-evolving enhancer Psb OEE protein families downregulated Pb-stressed plants, implying oxygen production might decrease relationship between gibberellin flowering also discussed. information new insights study will contribute further investigations into regulation accumulation tolerance species.
