摘要: We used initiation solutions of DBU and different thiols for the controlled ring-opening homo- copolymerization ethoxy ethyl thio glycidyl ether (EETGE) allyl (ATGE) to side-chain multifunctional polysulfides. Optimized preparation conditions allow syntheses monomodal homopolysulfides polysulfide-block-mPEG copolymers. Furthermore, copolymers EETGE mPEG are firstly synthesized, characterized, finally deprotected yield intact poly(thio glycidol)-block-poly(ethylene glycol) These amphiphiles suitable form particles in aqueous as confirmed by DLS cryo-SEM measurements.
