摘要: The number of obese patients undergoing cardiac and noncardiac surgery is rapidly increasing because they are more prone to concomitant diseases, such as diabetes, thrombosis, sleep-disordered breathing, cardiovascular cerebrovascular disorders. Even if guidelines already available manage anesthesia patients, the assessment perioperative morbidity mortality from heart brain disorders in morbidly surgical will be challenging next years. present review recapitulate new mechanisms underlying Heart-brain Axis (HBA) vulnerability during period healthy patients. Finally, we describe nutrigenomics approach, an emerging noninvasive dietary tool, maintain a body weight minimize HBA propensity injury individuals all types by personalized intake plant compounds that may regulate switch health disease epigenetic manner. Our provides current insights into response how modulated epigenetically active food constituents.
