摘要: Abstract Bioreactors operating with pellets presents several problems related to oxygen transfer rate and excessive mycelia growth. The application of a pulsing flow fluidized-bed bioreactors operated Aspergillus niger Phanerochaete chrysosporium was found control pellet size efficiently. obtained showed an external surface free from branches hyphal extension, which avoided the formation great conglomerates bed compaction, increasing nutrients rate. immediate consequence this is that production primary secondary metabolites longer maintained, higher levels Citric Acid Manganese Peroxidase.
