摘要: The differentiation of naive T cells to the Th1 or Th2 subset effector is regulated by cytokines which are exposed at time antigenic stimulation. Mice immunized with a hapten-protein conjugate and treated systemically IL-12 show marked inhibition IL-4-secreting suppressed production anti-hapten IgG1 Ab, as well enhancement IFN-gamma-producing cells. Thus, potent inhibitor an inducer development in vivo. IFN-gamma-inducing effect partially blocked pretreatment mice anti-asialo GM1 (anti-NK cell) but does not abrogate any other systemic actions IL-12. Furthermore, none effects prevented treating neutralizing anti-IFN-gamma Abs. These results suggest that may be mediated both via NK cell stimulation directly altering patterns Finally, anti-IL-12 Ab significantly inhibits responses Ag, indicating play obligatory role Ag-induced
