摘要: BACKGROUND Tight control of disease activity is the recommended target therapy for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). OBJECTIVES To determine outcome RA with respect to and rate remission, as measured by DAS-28, in a real-world inception cohort. METHODS We conducted an observational cross-sectional study single-center cohort 101 consecutive patients being treated 2009-2010 rheumatology outpatient clinic. Patients were managed at discretion attending rheumatologist goal achieving remission. DAS-28 scores calculated analyzed clinical treatment variables derived from medical files. RESULTS Mean patient age was 58.6 +/- 13.4 years mean duration 10.7 7.9years. Disease remission (DAS-28 2 .6 < 3.2) 17%. Monotherapy conventional disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug (C-DMARD, 21% last follow-up) associated significantly lower score C-reactive protein level than combined C-DMARD (79% patients), shorter C-DMARDs or C-DMARD(s)+biological DMARD (40% patients). Rheumatoid factor anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide positivity had no effect on scores. Time diagnosis inversely correlated CONCLUSIONS The achievement low significant portion our suggests that treat-to-target strategy feasible effective routine practice.
